Warm Compress

A warm compress is the best option to decrease the pain in your affected dares. If you want the best results then use a dry heat source like a heating pad. Try to avoid using hot washcloths. If you are keeping the affected area dry, it helps you to recover fastly.

Turmeric

Turmeric exhibits antimicrobial, antibacterial, and strong anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to decrease inflammation and prevent you from getting infections.n Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with one ½ tablespoon of any carrier oil like coconut oil.

Rubbing Alcohol

It is used as a strong disinfectant. Rubbing alcohol helps you to remove impurities and dirt from the pores that are clogged. Even more, it soothes the irritation and pain when you get a flare-up. If you want to use rubbing alcohol, add it to a cotton pad.

Apply neem oil to your body’s affected area with the help of a cotton pad. Let it soak in that area or wash it off. You can combine it with certain other ingredients like honey, turmeric, and aloe to get the best results.
